Yeah, I agree. A lot of surgeons are going to want to stick to what they know. As usual the market underestimated the inertia in the medical industry. Of course, if you turn up and you're from J&J with a new product then it's a whole different kettle of fish; the medical version of no one ever got fired for buying IBM. Which is why I think the product fits into an existing player in this space rather than a go alone single product company. That being said, it's trading cheap at the moment, and the feedback on the product has been almost universally positive. It's hard to see things being too negative for buyers at this level.
