They have the gas line all set up but they need more than the two or three bottles that have been so generously offered by some here...
They most likely don't have permission to open the gas line because they need huge amounts of it and someone at the gas company said "Sorry, we can't deliver that amount of gas! There are thousands of households depending on it".
