The first Amazon announcement said nothing other than a "global agreement" had been signed.
The second clarifying announcement called this a "Master Services Agreement".
In case you are unaware, an MSA delivers no revenue. It merely outlines the majority of T&C's between organisations (jurisdictions, indemnity, liability, OSHA, etc) so that future contracts are quicker and easier to sign. It's a "Master" that is an envelope to subsequent "Subordinate" contracts.
So unless GSW announce a subsequent specific initiative with Amazon then this MSA is merely the shell to hold a productive agreement when or if one is signed.
