Hello Locky27 and all Readers,

Directors would be in trouble for Inside Trading if they Bought before a good Announcement and likewise if they were found to Sell before an average Announcement. (Remember how THR Shares increaed in Price in the Run up to the Bad Announcement re Hunan last Year).
I have seen this type of thing happen before on the Share Market - Shares creeping down before a good Announcement .
Most Companies have Rules which permit Directors to only Trade in a 'Window' period of approx. Three Weeks or so , AFTER an Announcement.
Present ly the THR Share Price could provide a Buying opportunity for THR Directors should a good Announcement be made.
