What does this mean, page-6

Good post. But Dazaau, something HAS changed since the high 30’s.

Shares were trading at 40 cents just 6 weeks ago. Yesterday they were trading at 26.5 cents.

In that space of time we have had:

* a L.O.I. signed for our Immunotherapies business for VAX (18 million funding and news of IPO),

* ex Medtronic in Mike Oswell appointed as the VP of Development,

* A well credentialed new distributor for Spain and Portugal in Cardiva was signed,

* exciting new engineering patents for TAVR were lodged,

* Sheep trials confirmed to start in July for the single piece valve (a World first) with the group that did Edwards certification,

* Confirmation of 700k of Director buying at 30 cents

* Confirmation that a couple of key decisions around accelerating our 3D platform for near term revenue recognition were made today.

* 8.5 ish million raised to develop TAVR and 3D portfolio.

These all represent TANGIBLE progress that has actually occurred and our share price is down 33% (albeit recovering slightly today) from that 40 cents.

Sooner or later it will sort itself out and value will be realised. Until then it’s the usual patience game or the courageous game if you have the money and the conviction to accumulate.

But yes something “has changed”.
