I've heard whispers from several sources that such a company does in fact exist. Some say it's head office is the back room of Uncle Keith's pub at Laverton, where they are even now working out the details of a 2 billion ton target.
I have all my resources focused on spying from the adjoining toilet. Currently liquidating all other holdings to invest. Stay tuned. I'm told it should only take a couple of days for the details to be finalised.
