    You'll NEVER get all of it off, but most, and only with a lot of effort.

    I don't use water, at all.

    Pour vinegar on, (or spray it), scatter bicarb onto vinegar,

    rub it in, and wait a while.

    Paper towel is best, gently abrasive, and cheap.
