I'm not fearful because fundamentals are good imo.
The congo commission would more likely target TGR if this what it is about and they're not in a trading halt.
It not iron ore either as PSP is not in a trading halt either.
I could be wrong but for me the balance of probability is with a captital raising and a small and reasonably priced one at that because mangement from what I gather are intent on not diluting shareholder wealth especially at this point when the sp does'nt reflect what it will be in the lead up to the iron ore assay results, and the Congo copper JORC - bioth of which will undoubtedly have positive impacts on the share price. So its is naturally better to raise capital steadily as the share price increases ,,, less dilution to present shareholders and encourages them to stay for the long course and whilst encouraging them to participate in future capital raisings.
I don't think there is much to fret about,,in fact ilook forward to a responsible capital raising and with an expectation that the share prrice will increase rapidly there after.
