    People would base base their informed decisions on company announcements @ 2 cents
    yes it is highly speculative - Re - Read the company announcent from 23/2/18 pretty definitive in that presentation .
    As i said previously i feel sorry for any mum and dad investor who was forced to sell and lost money in this situation .
