After my heart restarted this morning, I did a few hours reading everything relevant to Argentina's natural gas history, imports, exploration, reserves (in ground, shale bed estimates), May-September wintertime usage and distribution priorities, brownouts--even the linepack in the transmission pipelines (they have, like, 2-3 days worth!). Industry (like mining) comes last in wintertime; after buildings and thermoelectric power.
I can see how/why the paperwork might have shuffled down the stack on the engineer's desk over at Salta's GasNor S.A.
Now I can only imagine how much hair got torn out at the helm and 'tween decks on the Good Ship Argosy over what to say and how to say it, but I know I am not selling any of my shares (except, truth be told, the 2500 I sold today cuz I need bread and milk--but I was gonna have to sell those anyway).
We'll get there, I know it. Pity about the false start, but we'll get there. All IMO and GLTAH!
