You don't have an interest in CBA yet you think the CBA ought to be punished for ripping off poor fools.
This is not a government agency nor are the board publicly elected officials, as long as CBA operates within the law and meets regulatory requirements they can operate however they like. If you don't like it go invest in something else, or better yet move over to China or North Korea where most companies are State Owned Enterprises.
Rather than wasting your time, demanding social standards from a private bank why don't you go do something productive.
