Is that the "fundamental truth" or "your take"? As I see it's not the same.

I hold the stock but agree with fone geeks. You need to balance the risk and try to read into the detail. The fundamental truth is that the public doesn't know if the proposed announcment tomorrow will be good news or bad. As such if the the stock will be worth $1.50 afterwards or 5c.
