    It has been confirmed, that Macquarie offered a takeover price in Dec, 2007 when CNP's SP was $1+.

    I see this as the worst case. Should things are not worked out, CNP still can be sold to Macquarie for this $1+ price. Of course it's a steal though.

    So, $1+ is at least what we can get.
