I will be crossed if it's any lower than current SP & there's no urgent need for the acquisition, it probably means the game is rigged & I don't want to be a part of it anymore.
Unlike the previous CR, we are not in need of additional fund. Also we are that close from releasing interim data, which should show how good Her-VAXX is.
So I can't see any reason for a CR to be lower than current SP when the next Ann will most likely increase the SP.
