    On VMY, what's your take on the high quarterly staff and admin costs for an explorer? Last quarter:
    Exploration: $410k
    Staff costs: $878k
    Admin: $542k

    The year to date costs are quite high too. It was a red flag in my notes but I need to look into it, could just be due to internal costs for the DFS or something.
