Simple...... management handled the whole TH poorly. name me another TH with a clarification on the following day. which means the TH statement was not stated properly.
they are either inexperienced or too experienced (u know what I mean, 15% jump back, wipe out some poor SH).
I maybe wrong but I doubt it.
