Your 2c prediction is totally unsubstantiated. Like I said before, an oversubscribed placement was done at 4c in November with Mr Dorrian contributing $250k of it. Also around that time, an investment firm put a buy recommendation on this stock which sparked a huge interest and a massive increase in volume. A lot of shares were trading around 4 to 6c range and 4DS also formed a partnership with IMEC around the same time as well as making a big announcement on the progress of their chip.
The uptrend began and when Jim came to Oz on a road trip talk show, the share price spiked to 9.7c. Since then, it lost steam and started its decline on low volume. So I expect strong support around these levels we are at now with a floor at 4c. I'll be extremely surprised if it drops below that and if it does, I can assure you i'll be backing up the truck and load up.

As for your $4 takeover prediction, all I can say is sunny Jim and his posse have got a lot of work to do if he even dreams that someone will buy his company for that much. I expect a low ball offer to come first before you even think the $4 offer will be anywhere near realistic.
