You seem well "researched" on TZL .. appreciate your comments! To answer your question on the PO's ... I don't think that we can say that there are 5 POs signed off ... possibly 5 overall including some smaller ones that came in last year (early adopters) ... but not 5 of the "handful" of significant high volume or value POs that management said at the AGM were needed to underscore the valuation for NASDAQ. Having said that they could be in .. but its just that we haven't (and won't it would seem) been told.

Interesting your suggestion that Duttons will soon update their coverage with a $25 valuation ... one would expect that they would need what's in the prospectus to do that. As to the prospectus being underway .. yes most likley as we are assuming that the formal NASDAQ process is underway and that means that the draft prospectus will be prepared within 6-8 weeks (as per CS schedule in the AGM presentation).

I very much hope that your suggestion that the Half Yearly will "provide clear direction" on NASDAQ is correct. Wouldn't it be fantastic after soooo long a wait to hear the words "the NASDAQ float is scheduled for ..."!!
