    Where are the miserable downramping naysayers now ???

    First it was Stella could not be sold and then it was the Premium Income fund

    If Scott is fair dinkum he needs to proceed with legal action get an injuction and put an EGM in motion ASAP so that investors can have a vote on the takeover

    From personal previous experience neither The ASX or ASIC will lift a finger to help investors
