    I wouldn’t lend the guy $1 but BRW have just rerated his Net Wealth to north of $2bn on the back of his Court win against CITIC so it’s anybody’s guess if he can raise the funds necessary to reopen the plant. Anyway if he can’t finance it some one else probably will if nickel prices keep heading north. Becomes viable at some point.
