It's a logical view of the company looking at their inactions, use of words, past deals etc .
Most are in it for the Malamute and husky tenements ...other than that there's nothing else.
Definitely in it for the soil and not for the company , and i supposed it's highly speculative.
Comparatively with other stocks , this is a short term bet , there is no continuity and track record with the way this management work.
