    Can't believe you hold.

    As already stated before to YOU, CNP did not default - they withheld refinancing to get a better interest rate and of course their lenders said no, precipitating the current situation.

    CNP have already admitted they could not have foreseen this result given their good standing with those lenders and the fact that they had never been late with a payment.

    Sounds like you should buy shares in the lenders - no thats not right - if the lenders don't help CNP they will be the losers (especially CBA with $160M in unsecured loans to CNP).
