I like your thinking- but on my math: 5% of AVB converted at .009 OZL works out at about 1M shares in OZL.
The latter is a $4B company - so at $10 per share, there are lots (my calculator just carked it under the stress!) of OZL shares and 1M is not a large %.
Lets try to come up with a third scenario...like the AVB BOD are feeling guilty and so have decided to block the takeover...
