I don't think it's realistic and way too premature to link this US promotion to an upcoming $1 share price and follow up US listing.
Need to remember that a similar "promotion" happened in early 2007 and share price was not $1 then.
Surely HK and Dubai, even UK listing would be greater priority than US listing.
