    Don't think your right -we've been all over this already.

    If Centro had defaulted they would have been insolvent and therefore would have to wind up. No such thing happened and so your statements are clearly inaccurate.

    Centro could pay their bills (and in fact did pay all their bills), however on this occasion needed to refinance (open a new contract for a further 13 months) but were refused - I believe these lenders wanted more and/or wanted Centro's operations to be changed to reduce their perceived risk.

    If anything its says more about the lenders than Centro - their refusal to refinance Centro says more about there capacity to do so - maybe it was them that need the money more!

    So, with no recourse, the lenders had to give Centro time to refinance otherwise they would probably have to look to a court case and or long delays in getting their money.

    Or perhaps it was an opportunity to screw Centro and it back-fired?

    We will all know tomorrow night.
