Taking just the pilot plant, as a distributor you don’t supply and install metering equipment without having run models on the supply of the network as this is a capex outlay that needs to be recovered. If you were a shareholder in the gas distributor would you be happy for the company running the network to be spending money supplying equipment and man hours on something you will never recover your money off if they can never have supply of gas?

For the next plant they will more than likely be direct contracting (depending on gas needs and how the gas market works over there) from shippers / producers.

For the current size of the plant agy won’t be contracting gas supply direct from shippers but will be relying on national retailers.
