Its a complex situation and the problem is that if just one of the banks says no to a further extension, the whole deal may collapse.
If the banks see that Centro is now moving in the right direction, they would be inclined to extend. If one of the banks wants to pull out though, then everyone else needs to take up a bit more risk to keep it all going.
They have just over 24 hours to get that new agreement together.
Insiders would haveleaked to the market by now if there was agreement, so my call is that there is not yet full agreement, but hectic talking going on to try to pull it all off.
Who knows what the outcome will be. Be prepared for it to go either way.
