Dudes, and i do really mean this, I am sorry that MFS has become what it was, but it like a few other companies are house of cards waiting for a hiccup to knock them over.

aint very smart, and in sovling problems, working out who the winners are etc and the fact that most company director are on boards because of who they know rather than what, i work on the basis that banks will screw over everybody to get their money - they, the people involved, dont operate on the greater good principle, but the individual benefit.

The problem that MFS may have with funds is the leverage aspects that needs to be considered. The funds borrowed money to buy assets. The money put into them by MFS was also borrowed, creating the leverage is if by magic and somehow obscured from investors using the 'their a big company and they must know what they are doing' line to justify.
