So what is it with BrainChip Studio?

Yep there is no denying, for the skeptics among us, the take up of Studio and the Accelerator to date leaves a lot to be desired. Why is this??

Well in all honesty; it's hard to miss the fact that the established tech giants (take NEC for example) have been successfully marketing CCTV systems and in particular facial recognition technology to governments and large enterprises since the start of the new millennium. I don't think I need to tell you that the need to beef up security infrastructure has stemmed from the rapid spread of terrorism world wide. And the major tech players, if you like, have been successfully flogging AI based facial recognition technology based on deep learning architectures well before BRN commenced trading on the ASX. And decades before BRN announced the release of BrainChip Studio on the ASX.

So I get the fact the fact that very few understand artificial neural networks, let alone the benefits and differences in BRN's technology. So take up is very sluggish because the market is already heavily invested in cloud based deep learning architectures.

But the outlook for BrainChip is great. The outlook for Studio is very positive. Because the AI winter for Deep Learning is well on it's way.
