Agree with it being premature, but even at the reports from the last egm indicated that ajx were the only FR solution, it was the fabric that has been changed. Bit of the military changing the goal posts. (happy to be corrected here, but that was the impression I got)
Do you really expect the company to delve into why an employee has left/was asked to etc..? surely they are asking for trouble if they do that.
