I don't quite see that connection. The model, at the moment, quite clearly favours the over achievers with commissions over 80%, and makes it hard for the under achievers - rightly or wrongly, that's a different story.

Why would more low performers be encouraged to enter a franchise that has historically made it difficult for such people? Even if the changes come, the reputation remains that you need to be a 'gun' to do well as a MOC franchisee.

On the other hand, and seeing as we haven't heard anything in the media to suggest the slightest discontent from the 39 high achievers who collectively outperform all 215 underachievers - media impartiality, hey? - and can still maintain their existing commission structure with the new one being opt-in, I imagine they and prospective high achievers will be fairly unperturbed.
