Wrong! They can make announcements when suspended - price sensitive or not. Listing rule 18.6 says an entity must comply with the listing rules even if suspended, and section 4.23 of guidance note 8 clarifies that this means continued compliance with its continuous disclosure obligations. 18.6 On admission to the official list, an entity must comply with the lsiting rules. This applies even if quotation of the entity's securities is deferred, suspended or subject to a trading halt. 4.23 "Entities whose securities have been suspended from trading continue to be subject to the LIsting Rules, including their continuous disclosure obligations under LIsting rule 3.1"
