Using information from previous announcements, this is a basic timeline:
1. Commissioning of PP by Q3 2018
2. Potential off-take agreements in Q4 2018
3. Commissioning of commercial plant (1,000tpa) by August 2019 (as stated in announcement on 20 December 2017)
4. Full production of 10,000 tpa by December 2019 (as stated in numerous MIN announcements)
Other possible announcements:
- Primetals Agreement (previously mentioned as occurring in early 2018)
- Hydrogen agreement (who knows? Perhaps waiting for off-take agreements for graphite to sure up the price?)
If the HZRO are in the money, there is sufficient funding to end of 2019, which is coincidentally when MIN will be paying royalties to HZR.
This company has never been in a stronger position fundamentally, just lacking some leadership. But a new CEO could be appointed any day now?
