I just hope it isn't anything like a 'consolidated revenue' account.

What we need is some real leadership from aboriginal people (not activists)

Maybe Kev can get 1,000 indigenous people for a talk fest on how we can can solve some of the massive issues facing the aboriginal people and what sort of funds need to be allocated.
The white population whether good intent or not have not got it right for way too long.
The problem is now endemic and you have to hope that small steps will start the recovery.

We can't fix our 'normal' health system so I don't know if a specailized focus would be beneficial.

One thing for sure...the right noises have been made...now can there be a united effort?

It is not about how much but how it is used IMO
