Hopefully this doesn't get lost in the wash but a few key points to remember.

-Release of the announcement will have likely triggered panic selling, along with stop losses etc.
-I fail to believe the reason for selling is triggered because of any pertinent bad news. (Insider trading elsewise).
-Klaus had sold a number of shares previously, which caused a panic sell off. The share price went on to recover and touch new highs
-Off market sale. whomever bought, bought at 17c. Key word 17c much higher than recent trading. They also would have known that this would have dropped the share price well below.
-I would expect there to be a company announcement explaining the reasoning and regardless the reason the fear of the unknown is usually worse than the reality. (Like last time, it was tax purposes, nothing wrong with the company.)
    - The director selling is never a good look, but there are still a number of other large and larger holders whom I expect haven't sold out purely because the director reduced his holdings by 50%.
-IMO the selling of the stock after the aforementioned for a 25-30% loss will be done by retail, and scooped by the institutes.
-Like last time, Klaus selling his shares on the market would crater his remaining holdings. Can't see him doing this unless there was a short term recovery.
-Whilst I hate the look of a director offloading on the market I am happy to sit tight and see what comes out in the wash.
-A T/O from these levels wouldn't be too expensive from an outsider whom couldn't care less about KE selling out if they intend on owning the company and maybe KE isn't greedy so flogged them off. I'd hate to miss out on that.
-I'm personally electing to hold. Happy with my exposure and will watch patiently from here.

Anyways, very very tough day for holders, and a lot of non-holders giving themselves pats on the backs.
Everyone should try and remain civil over testing times and wish everyone the best success moving forward.
