Hardly anything wrong with it. People expect too much.
That great political warrior Dr Wooldridge recently said words to the effect that 70% of people who never have to use the public health system bag it, whereas 70% of those that do use it praise it.
I've had a few recent occasions to access it for my mother and my wife and I think it's world class. Try living in the UK under the NHS.
