The CR was at 30c. the SP is now at 26c.
This is a fact.
The exact same thing has happened after every other CR in recent years.
Every CR where a company farms out shares to outsiders and continues to massively dilute it's shareholder register....
What about what I have said seems so difficult for you to understand?
