Management need to be more on the front foot, if the mpa is binding the details have been agreed, there is no negotiating on the revenue model if the split and funding has been agreed imo. Why not release the revenue model for the 300 million plant so investors can put a value on our 49%. It seems management dont know how to manage investor expectations, even the asx were dubious and asked for a please explain. Why can they reveal more details when asx get involved? No use giving information once sp has been decimated and more trust eroded. They gave the initial split prior to review and signing, if nlc/nmdc are on board they would be happy for us to share more details. It seems nlc/nmdc can reveal what they want when it suits them but our management always have to be boxed into a corner, and then somethung is revealed.
Yes some board members have skin in the game but they are rewarded well financially and have not had to pay prices the majority of shareholders have, they have receieved all their holdings at the very lows!!!! Some eg carter even get a golden handshake even though were paid handsomely(50000 loans anyone?). Would love to know what the top holder thinks, would probably have to talk privately for that though.... chin4?
Rant over..... hope management can get us back on track by end of june... july..... august.... or? There is no point saying management are doing a top job, at this stage with current sp that is a big no, especially having to pay inyerest on a loan that is out of the money (elf). Still time for management to get us were holders think we should be but obviously the market leading up to and post ann tells a story... is that due to management?

This management seems doesnt know how to do the business successfully.. They know only how to develop the Tech.. Failed many times ..in Marketing.. and sp today doesnt reflect any on signing MPA. Even bad responsed on bloody MOU words and ASX questions.. how poor... today Sp should touch at least 3c and above.. signing with 2 India Gov billion companies and very potential 2 teches but........
