"...as they build trust" ... You have to be kidding right?
Do you think business relationships in DRC are built with "trust"? It's one thing to bullish, a whole other thing to be blindly faithful.
Research the earlier threads here (pre July 2017), or research the histories of AVZ management and you will find P&D a constant and well evidenced theme along with bitter investors and some elated traders.
IMHO, the wise traders will be backing a RvR based on likelihood of riding a P&D (second occurrence likely at DD, the first was a mere month ago) or a Chinese acquisition. Just an opinion, based on some consistent evidence. Beware investing in this as a long term holder with stars in ur eyes just yet...
