brazil has caught on to the fact that they have a mineral profile like the DRC but the DRC is becoming untouchable with new rules, taxes, royalties, mandatory minimum soverign interest in projects, the chinese influence, humanitarian issues and the push on ethical mining. their will be a need to establish new sources and Brazil is well placed to capitalise and should see a boom like AUS in the 90s. as a high level strategic play brazil is a decent long term bet.
