    i'd love to know what personal reasons would require someone to NEED to sell $4.5 million worth of shares...

    is he in desperate need of a new beach house or maybe a few luxury cars?

    i'd understand $250,000-$500,000 if he had some large debts to pay, but seriously, $4.5 mil?!!? LOL
