you are correct the price is what investors are willing to pay for the share. The steady decline in price shows that investors, for what ever reason, do not see value in the price it is being traded at currently.

some positives however!

The top 20 shareholders have 75% of available stock (aspect huntley, includes "17 Pty Ltd" formally known? as 7 digital media holdings)

This 75% volume may not have been traded recently? but if it is the price will certainly scare me, only scare because i have been frightened for a while now.
