The US note holders have the same date - the 15th which means tonight. So if they have to get approval of the content of the announcement from the US note holders they may have to wait.
They may have some form of board meeting.
It could be anything. Unfortunately CNP are not real good at PR. On the other hand unlike certain penny dreadfuls we are all familiar that do seem to hype up their shareholder base they do seem to hit their target dates.
