My research will always be impeccable and will be commensurate with the position sizing taken. You missed the point in my post above. I believe PGC needs a pause for some organic growth... As far as understand there is still 2 in pipeline based on last communication. So acquisition phase is not over yet; with the expectation of more debt and more dilution to come. I would have rather they implemented those originally outlined than a left field one with REM. Markets (so do I) don't like surprises unless it is a +earnings surprise but I digress that it does look good on paper...

I'm glad you brought up PGC's MO, it is all too familiar and will give a hefty yield in the medium term. Can't help but compare it to my old market darling IPL which I bought at $0.70 in 2004. Massive returns post acquisitions phase (2006 onwards) as EPS positively revalued. I know, I know different sector but I can vividly remember that there was a point where it bit more than it could chew. Massive growth but didn't leave enough in the tank for an economic hiccup in chemical demand and debt cheeped up on the company causing stunted growth for almost a decade now. Never say never but IPL will never get to its previous high of $8.88 because of it's 2.3B debt. Regardless I'm still in because of personal circumstances - don't want a massive CGT with ATO at present (just got out of PAYG Instalment scheme due to a massive win-fall a couple of FY back) and the franked dividends is keeping up with CPI. Point is I don't want PGC to suffer the same faith and if it keeps going this way it will. All it needs is a little economic hiccup or an element of bad luck...say a couple of quarters of poor returns and cashflow will suffer and the next thing you know... the company is in a debt spiral.

A simple case of too big too soon... is what needs avoiding there and it is such a simple solution.

OK cheers buddy... let's compare notes on FY19
