I agree that this one is out of left field, but companies that are a perfect fit and the right size in the right areas don't come up for sale when you need them often. I presume they saw an opportunity and took it. I'm glad they did, as you say, it looks impressive on paper. I do agree though that it might be time to slow down. The caveat is we don't know how well previous acquisitions are settling in but they do which may explain why they feel relaxed enough to make this move. I look forward to both of your analysis for 2019.
