If you have the offtake contracts in place for stage 2 and there are companies chasing more lithium, why delay stage 3 until stage 2 commissions? Given some components are long lead items there must be some economies to ordering and building stages 2 and 3 together. Or if the market is there drop the idea of two stages and just build one very large stage 2
