I didnt read this till today 15/2 . But if there is one thing I know well , Its golf club comittees , I spent most of my life as a junior , in some form of trouble . When I read your story , it just rang true to me BIG TIME !

Some of these outdated " wouldbes " need to get a little more influenced by " real time " ..and probably need to spend a little time overseas . In support of the game we love , just must keep up with the times ...

Other countries manage it ..Some on victorias sand belt seem to want to live in yesteryear .

Must say , that where I am now , because they are NEW , generally speaking they are much more progessive , which is really important , especially considering the game has lost ground to other sports , like tennis .

Now is the time for some of these committies , full of the w*nk factor ..To get with the program , for the good of the game .
