Not so sure about someone selling, looks more to me like accumulation at a desired price. I think you will see small trades of say .57 lowering the buy/sell followed there close by with a large trade and so on. This is not illegal and is also known as algorhythmic trading. By selling a small parcel cheaply the bid will drop giving the impression they are on the slide and there by shaking out the weaker holders and or triggering stop losses. It would work in the reverse if they were wishing to unload triggering buyers to take the shares thinking they are going to run. Looks to be a good sign if in fact this is what is going at the moment with AMU. And it makes a lot of sense that it is, the more you think about it. Just my opinion, but these situations can be used to your advantage if you are aware of the goings ons.
