Then of course we have the famous ~conflict of interest~ debate which, for some reason, gets left untouched or seems to be Taboo to talk about on this forum.

I think this is where Holders (including myself) get it all wrong. Just around the corner never comes into fruition because there is always another something to delay - block - or push the Deal away again or Just Around the Corner, for whatever reason, or so it seem~!
