Ozblue needs to read full document before getting excited.

1. He does not hold legal office to make bold statements.

2. He has quoted a summary document not the actual law pertaining.

2.a If he thinks that’s ok to do then this underlines the fact he does not have license to provide legal opinion, only his opinion but he states it as legal opinion.

3. He should read the full document as a starter:

“Any exceptional circumstances in which the entity’s key management personnel may be permitted to trade during a prohibited period with prior written clearance;”

4. “Pipeline” does not necessarily mean “pending”, we all know there are ongoing discussions with MOUs and dare I say at this SP level it’s reasonable to assume more suitors are circling or will pre or post maid JORC

So there is probably more activity now with suitor after Klaus T3.

And that means potentially increased competition, and who knows renewed resolve to make a deal on the part of due diligence MOU partner IMO

Question is will it be under his Chairmanship ?
